Fall Make Up

Now that it’s finally starting to feel like a ‘season change’ in Texas, it’s time to switch up our beauty regimens and transition into fall.  As the temperature drops, lips get a little darker, eyes get a little extra shimmer, and cheeks get just a bit rosier.  While I still use some of my standard favorites, I wanted to share some of my go-to products for chillier months.

Fall MakeUp

Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet + Mattifying Foundation

This foundation has full coverage and serious staying power.  A little bit goes along way, making it easy for you to transition from work-to-happy hour.

LORAC PRO Palette

This palette contains a combination of matte and shimmery shades so that you can choose just how much shine you want. The colors are rich and give you a totally glam look.  My favorite shades are ‘Taupe’, ‘Garnet’ and ‘Espresso.’  Trust me, this is the only eye shadow you’ll need for the season!

Buxom Lash Waterproof Mascara

My favorite mascara of all time.  And I’ve tried alot.  The brush is so precise and won’t leave you with cringe-worthy “spider lashes.”  There’s not much more I can say about this other than it’s absolute perfection.

MAC Cremeblend Blush

I’ve never been a huge fan of cream blush, but this MAC Cremeblend has me sold.  Dab it on the apples of your cheeks, and it will give you the perfect ‘Baby It’s Cold Outside’-esque glow. Perfect for the Holidays!

Bite Honey Lip Lacquer (in Aurora)

This long lasting lip lacquer not only gives your pout a super high shine, but it also has anti-aging benefits.  And thanks to its super moisturizing factor, your lips will stay soft even in the briskest of weather. Because seriously, who wants to kiss chapped lips? And nothing screams “It’s time for the Holidays” like a red lip.
