Frozen rosé, or “frosé,” seems to be popping up everywhere this summer, and rightfully so–it’s freakin’ delicious and extremely refreshing.  In Austin, the heat index is close to 110°, and a slushy cocktail is the perfect thing to take your mind off of the fact you’re basically melting.  Over the weekend, I put my own spin on what I’ve now deemed “the cocktail of the summer,” and this little frozen concoction is Spray Paint & Chardonnay tested and highly approved.
